Squeeze Squares

I stared the idea of Squeeze Squares to help kids that struggle with shyness, or the child that has a hard time saying goodbye to a parent when they are apart for any period of time, or really anyone who struggles with anxiety and needs a boost of confidence. The Squeeze Square is a, symbolic, tangible item that is small enough to tuck into a pocket or bag, it has a place for their name and yours (the person who gives it to them). The heart is symbolic of how much you care. This square serves as a reminder that you have always got their back and are never far. When you give them this square, you should tell them how brave and strong etc. they are and that when they feel like they are not, squeezing the square will remind them that they are spectacular. These squares are made by hand (so they are all unique), with lots of love.
